• You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour for a partial refund.

• Please note that in case of cancellation, process fee will be charged. Please refer to: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees it can take between 50 to 100 USD.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.

• This tour requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, traffic or natural disaster, you will be offered a different date or refund.

• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to be processed.

このツアーは天候に恵まれていることが条件です。悪天候、交通渋滞、自然災害によりキャンセルされた場合は、別の日程または払い戻しが提供されます。
