Important Cancellation and Refund Policy Guidelines
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reservation start time are eligible for a full refund*.
Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the reservation start time are eligible for a 30% refund*.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start time are non-refundable.
- *Please note that all refunds are subject to a processing fee (approximately 4%), which is charged by PayPal and retained as their service fee. This amount is not received by Xplor Japan. For more information, please visit PayPal’s fee page
- If a tour must be canceled due to poor weather, traffic conditions, or natural disasters, you will be offered the option to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
