Important Cancellation and Refund Policy Guidelines
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 15 days before the tour.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 15 and 7 days before the tour.
- No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before the tour.
- Please note that in case of cancellation, process fee will be charged. Please refer to: https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees it can take between 50 to 100 USD. This is retained by them as a service fee and never reaches us.
- This tour requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, traffic or natural disaster, you will be offered a different date or a refund.
- Please allow 1 to 2 weeks to be processed.

- 全額返金：ツアー開始日の15日前までにキャンセルした場合。
- 50%返金：ツアー開始日の15日から7日前までにキャンセルした場合。
- 返金なし：ツアー開始日の7日前未満にキャンセルした場合。
- キャンセルの場合は手数料がかかりますのでご注意ください。詳細は https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees をご覧ください。50～100米ドルかかる場合があります。この手数料はPayPalがサービス料として差し引くもので、当社には一切返金されません。
- このツアーは天候に恵まれた日を条件としています。悪天候、交通渋滞、自然災害などによりキャンセルになった場合は、別の日程への変更または払い戻しをさせていただきます。
